Alina Guyon
Founder & Director
Alina is driven to expand access to education and educational resources in underserved communities. She has led library and community development projects in the United States and internationally, working with local partners to create welcoming spaces where children, youth, and adults can learn and grow. Alina believes that access to books, technology, and safe learning spaces can open doors to opportunity and lifelong learning.
Aditya Sai
Project Liason
Sai is passionate about community service and expanding access to education. He has participated in volunteer projects alongside Alina and Libraries for All, including building tiny homes, closely supporting our library in Eastern Washington, and visiting Libraries for All’s library in Uganda. He brings a strong commitment to service and a desire to help communities create greater opportunities through education and access to resources.
Alice Nzulungi
Librarian and Program Coordinator
Ndejje, Uganda
Alice brings joy, warmth, and a deep love for her community to everything she does. She became our very first librarian in 2016 and has remained at the heart of our Ndejje library ever since. In addition to keeping the library active and welcoming, Alice runs local Boys and Girls Clubs, creating opportunities for children to learn, play, and build confidence. Her energy and dedication have helped make the library a true gathering place for the Ndejje community.
Lovemore Chikwanda

Norton, Zimbabwe
Lovemore has been part of the Norton library community for two years, first volunteering his time before becoming our official full-time librarian. He is deeply passionate about Norton and the people who call it home. Lovemore has a natural ability to connect with both children and adults, and he brings enthusiasm, patience, and a genuine desire to help.
